Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Onay Mekanik (Gündoğan, Bodrum / Muğla, Türkiye) is the data controller for the personal data described below.

Data we process

Your name, phone number, area, the service you ask about and your message, shared through the contact form, by phone or on WhatsApp; for orders, also your email and delivery address; and the date of each request, recorded for security.

Legal basis

KVKK Article 5/2-c (the data is needed to make or perform a contract with you), Article 5/2-ç (our legal obligations) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interest).

We never share your data with third parties for marketing. It may be passed to public authorities only where the law requires it. Your data is stored on the servers of the hosting company that runs this website.

Cookies

The site may use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. Your basket, favourites and comparison list are kept only in your own browser. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 2 years after they are closed. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the periods the law requires. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing and claim compensation for any damage. Send your request to info@onaymekanik.com or call +90 532 132 27 56. We answer free of charge within 30 days.
